Observations have been made by this office of commercial vehicles and equipment for the landscaping business you operate being stored there. In addition many private vehicles ( some parked on the lawn ) from non-resident employees have been noted. As you are aware this is not a permitted home occupation, and constitutes violations of Town Code. Attached is a Cease and Desist Order. Failure to comply will result in legal action by this office against the operator and the property owner. During the couse of construction it was also reinforced, due to the size of the accessory buildings it was questionable, we stated at the time that co's would not be issued if the business was run from that property and we were assured it would not. Now I am recieving multiple complaints of the business activity, originally during construction he explained the presence of his equipment as being involved in the construction/landscaping and it could not be proven otherwise. I need to know the status of the permit and if the field inspectors did anything with regard to enforcing the business use of the residential property. Town Hall, 53095 Main Road P.O.
