TOGETHER with a right of way over the following described par-
cel: ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate,
District lying and being at Laurel in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
rTO and State of New York, adjoining Lot No. 20 as shown on the afore-
said map which parcel is more particularly bounded with reference to
Section said map as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner thereof,

Easterly along the projection Easterly of the Northerly line of
