Tax Map Designation Being the same premises as those conveyed to the party of the first part by a Deed dated the 18th Dist. 1000 day of May, 1973, and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on May 23, 1973 at Liber 7404 at page 289. Sec. 79 Blk. 7 Lots) 13 I TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of(lie party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or.successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
