Poquatuck Hall, Orient, NY
The meeting was called to order by Ed King at 7:17pm.
Commissioners present: Ed Wysocki and Ed King
Also present: Fred Terry
The Treasurer's Report was taken from our QuickBooks Profit & Loss Statement dated
4/13/2012.
A Motion was made, seconded, and carried to elect Richard Milligan as Treasurer. A
Motion was made, seconded, and carried to elect Fred Terry as commissioner.
Ed Wysocki reported that everything is nmning smoothly and we don't need to order any
chemicals at this time. We're always looking for more commissioners and expression of
thanks to Sharon for a fine job with the bookkeeping.
Fred Terry was filled in on the operation of the OMD.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:33pm.
