made by Daniel R. Young, PE and' LS from actual survey completed June 11,
BLOCK 01.00 1924" and filed in the Office of the County Clerk on January 12, 1926 as
Map No. 8011 said lots when taken together are bounded and described as
LAT 006.000 follows:
BEGINNING at .o point on the southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road distant
southeasterly 364.4 fet from the corner formed by the intersection of the
southeasterly side of Main Road (NYS Rt 25) and the southwesterly side of
Sigsbee Road; "
RUNNING THENCE South 200 38' East along said southwesterly side of Sigsbee
Road, 100.00 feet to a monument and Lot 10 on said map;
THENCE South 690 12' West along the division line between lots Nos. 9 and 10
on said map, 140.75 feet to a monument and land of John Husing;
THENCE North 200 24' West along land of John Husing, 100.00 feet to Lot No.
7 on said map;
THENCE North 69° 22' East along the division line between Lots Nos. 7 and 8
on said map, 140.47 feet to the southwesterly side of Sigsbee Road and the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by deed dated June
26, 1986 and recorded on July 3, 1986 in Liber 10070 page 482.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AXD the party of.the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,_covenants that the party of
