Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument located on the southerly
side of Main Road, which monument is at the northwest corner of
the premises about to be described and the northeast corner of
land now or formerly of Alex Wilcenski ; running thence along
the southerly side of Main Road the following two (2) courses
and distances: (1) North 53" 53 ' East 11.53 feet to a granite
monument; and (2) North 56" 54' 30" East 307. 75 feet to a
concrete monument and land now or formerly of John T. Young;
running thence along said last mentioned land South 23" 55 '
