Deimar Drive 1.) South 130 38' 10" East 158.23 feet; 2.) along the arc of a
curve bearing to the left having a radius of 2304.68 feet a distance of 66.54
feet to the division line between lots 38 and 39 .on the aforesaid map; running
THENCE along said division line North 710 231 40" East 191.45 feet to
land now or formerly of Albert C. Nolte; running
THENCE along said land South 180 29' 30" East 124.44 feet to the division
line between lots 40 and 39; running
THENCE along said division line South 710 23' 4011 West 195.01 feet to
the easterly side of Delmar Drive; and THENCE along' the arc of a curve bearing
to the right having a radius of 2304.68 feet, a distance of 124.52 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of
the first part by deed dated 1/11/73, recorded 1/26/73 in Liber 7332, Page 115.
