Mattituck, New York.
D THE paeti;ies herein being the same persons described as grantees in deed dated
April 15, 1969 and recorded May 19, 1969 in Liber 6551 Cp. 257.
Together with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
