Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and

VanTuyle, Surveyor and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 20,
1927 as Map No. 90, which lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set at the northeast corner of the herein described parcel
where the divisign line between lots 179 and 178 as shown on the aforementioned
subdivision map intersects the west line of Sunrise Way;
RUNNING TH11TCE along -the west line of. Sunrise Way South 18 degrees 45 minutes
20 second.3 Weser '72.15 feet;
BL. 01.00 `THENCE along the arc of a regular curve bearing to the right having a radius
of 52.00 feet a distance of 138.84 feet to the east line of Sunset Way;
LOT 011.00 ,HENCE along the east line of Sunset Way North 08 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds
West 92.34 feet to a monument and the aforementioned division line between
lots 179 and 178;
THENCE along said division line South 76 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East
140.91 feet to a monument and the point or place of BEGINNING.
SAID PREMISES being known as 425 Sunset Way, Southold, N.Y.
Lot 179 .
Being the same premises conveyed to the Grantors hereby by deed
dated May 20, 1992 and recorded with the Cleric of the County of
Suffolk on June 4, 1992 at Reel 11478 Page 050 .
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
