and State of New York, near Mattituck, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Marlene Lane, distant southerly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Main Road (N.Y.S. Route 25)
with the westerly side of Marlene Lane, being the southeasterly corner of land now or
formerly of Evelyn Gunther; and
RUNNING along said westerly line of Marlene Lane, South 20 degrees 29 minutes 10
seconds East 75.0 feet to lard now or formerly of Roland H. Wood;
THENCE along said land, South 69 degrees 20 minutes 50 seconds West 145.0 feet to lard

right of way is more particularly described as follows:
ALL that parcel of land situate near Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as follows:
THE easterly line of subject 10 foot right of way is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard, 200.20 feet
westerly along said line frcxn the northeasterly corner of lard of Haggerty Estate; and
RUNNING along said land of Haggerty Estate on a line parallel to the easterly line of
said land of Haggerty Estate and 200.0 feet westerly therefran South 20 degrees 23
minutes 00 seconds East 500 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water merit of Great
Peconic Bay; the westerly line of said 10 foot right of way is parallel to and 10.0
feet westerly fran the easterly line herein descirbed, and nuns fran Peconic Bay
Boulevard to Great Peconic Bay.
Said easement is subject to the following covenants and conditions:
1. Said easement is for foot travel only.
2. It shall not be obstructed in any way and the maintenance thereof shall be
the joint responsibility of all those having a right to use said right of
way for the time being.
3. Said easement shall be perpetual and shall run with the land but no easement
or rights in said right of way shall vest in the general public. It shall
be a private right of way.
TCGEIVERR with an undivided 1/82nd interest in the Park near the premises more
particularly described in Park Dedication Deed from William F. Abitz and Edward
G. Abitz recorded in Liber 3881 of Deed, at Page 472, subject to the
limitations, covenants and restrictions as set forth in said deed.
