There is now due and owing the sum of $48 ,600 .00 for principal, plus interest. The Grantees of this conveyance hereby agree to assume the above-described mortgage and the Grantees hereby covenant to pay the principal and interest on said mortgage in accord with the terms and conditions thereof .
