begins at the southwesterly corner of the premises hereinabove
described and runs North 20 degrees 39 minutes 10 seconds West,
190 feet to Peconic Bay Boulevard. The westerly line of said 15
foot right-of-way is parallel with and 15 feet westerly from the
above described easterly line thereof, measured at right angles
thereto.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way for ingress and egress to and from
Peconic Bay Boulevard and Great Peconic Bay over a strip of land
10 feet in width adjoining the east of the premises first hereinabove
described, which right-of-way is more particularly described in a
right-of-way agreement between Anna M. Baum and William F. Abitz
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 3344 , at page 328.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises granted unto the parties
of the first part by deed dated October 25, 1978, from Albert J.
Cusa and Lillian Cusa and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk
County Clerk in Liber 8526 page 366.
