SUBJECT TO a 50 foot right of way across the westerly portion of
the premises above described.
PARCEL 2 : BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the northerly line
of land about to be conveyed to Mary Diachun, and being the
southwesterly corner of land of Sawicki and the southeasterly
corner of the premises herein described and running thence along
said land about to be conveyed to Mary Diachun, S. 69 degrees
59 ' 40" W. , 290 feet more or less to Brushes Creek;; thence
northerly along Brushes Creek 500 feet more or less to a point;
thence S. 73 degrees 17 ' 40" W. , 130 feet more or less to land
now or formerly of W. F. Hammel; thence along said land now or
formerly of W. F. Hammel N. 22 degrees 3.8 ' 40" W. , 140 .34 feet
to other land of Mary Diachun; thence along said other land of

Sawicki; thence along said land of Sawicki two courses as

of Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, revised September 5, 1962 .
TOGETHER with a 50 foot right-of-way for ingress and
egress from the above described premises to Peconic Bay
Boulevard which right of way is approximately 1900 feet long.
SUBJECT TO a 50 foot right of way across the westerly
portion of the above described premises running from land of
Mary Diachun on the North to land of Mary Diachun on the South.
TOGETHER with all thge right, title and interest of the
party of the first part of, in and to the land lying under water
in Brushes Creek adjacent to parcel I and parcel 2 above
described.
BEING and intended to be a part of the premises conveyed
to Theodore G. Diachun by Theodore G. Diachun, Leo Diachun, and
Mary Diachun by deed dated October 5, 1962 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office on October 5, 1962 in Liber 5242
page 557 .
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the
party of the first part of, in and to Peconic Bay Boulevard
lying in front of and adjacent to Parcel I to the center line
thereof.
