I. , N.Y. , D. R. Young, Surveyor, Riverhead, N.Y. dated March 1931 " and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 22 , 1931 , under map filed No. 742 , and which said lot is more particularly designated as and by the Lot No. 6 on said map, which said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of an unnamed roadway distant 270 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard with the easterly side of unnamed Roadway; running THENCE along the southerly side of Lot 5 on said map aforesaid north 69 degrees 29 minutes East 149 feet to land now or formerly of George B.
