Realty corporation, Laurel, Town of Southold, Long Island,
New York, Daniel. R. Young, P,E . and L.S ., Riverhead, New York,
dated September 20th, 1930 and which said map ls, on file in
the office of the Clerk of the County. of Suffolk, the premises.
being more particularly bounded and, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the division line between the land
shown on the aforesaid map on the east and lands of John T.
Young and George Woodhull on the west, where the southwest
corner of the premises about to be described intersects said
division line and which said point is distant 60 feet Northwesterly
along said division line from the northwesterly end of North
Oakwood Road as laid out on said map when measured along said

division line in a course of North 19 degrees 22 minutes 10
seconds West (and which point is also the point of intersection
of the Southwesterly corner of the premises about to be described
and the northwesterly corner of premises heretofore conveyed
by Ravatone Realty Corporation to one, Scheublein, by deed

• RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning North 19 degrees
22 minutes 10 seconds West a distance o8 75 .95 feet to a point
in said division line first herein referred to;
RUNNING THENCE North 16 degrees 45 minutes West still along
said division line 150.08 feet to the northwesterly corner
of Parcel "A" shown on the map first herein referred to;
RUNNING THENCE North 73 degrees 15 minutes East a distance
of 144 feet more or less to the center line of Brushes Creek;
RUNNING THENCE generally southeasterly as said Brushes Creek
winds and turns until we mwet the land heretofore conveyed
to daid Scheublein in. the aforesaid deed;'
RUNNING THENCE westerly along the division line between the
premises herein described and the said land of Scheublein a
distance of 185 feet more or less to the point of place of
beginning; it being intended by this description to convey
all the land shown as Parcel "A" on the map first herein yeferred
to withthe exception of that heretofore- conveyed to Scheublein._'
TOGETHER with a righ t of way to pass over and to use for the
purpose of ingress to and egress from the prem ises hereby
conveyed, a strip twenty feet wide off the westerly side of
property of Scheublein to North Oakwood Road, as laid down
on said map, the reservation for such right of way in favor
of the premises above described . being contained in the deed
to Scheublein above referred to, the strip contemplated being.
20 feet 60 feet which would be included in North Oakwood Road,
if, as and when said road were extended northwesterly an addi—
tional 60 feet from its terminus shown on said map.
TOGETHER with the right to the use of North Oakwood Road to
pass ove rand use same - as a means of access to the public
highway.
TOGETHER with a right of way to pass ove r and use South Oakwood
Road and also a right to pass over, upon and use a strip of
land along the shore front between Lots No . Ito 4 inclusive,
Map of Laurel Park for the purpose of boating, bathing and
other outdoor sports and for ingress to. and egress from the
waters of Peconic Bay in common.with other holders of similar
Hrivileges ..
SUBJECT to any rights of., way, covenants, or restricitons' con—
tained in deeds of record in favor of' other premises to pass
over and use south 0akwo6d' Road. as it is now laid out or if
extended the additional 60 feet northwesterly, subject to the
rights of the general public to pass and use so much of the
above described premises as lies within Brushes Creek.
