LOT entitled "Map of Subdivition of Lots Nos. fifty-two (52) and fifty-three(53)
004.000 Laurel Park, and other property of Ravatone Realty Corporation" Laurel, Town of
Southold, L.I. , N.Y. , Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S. , Riverhead, N.Y. ,
dated September 20th, 1930, which said Map was filed in the Office of the
Clerk of tthe County of Suffolk on December 2nd, 1930, as and by the Map Nos. 212,
together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
of, in and to that portion of the Road shown on said map in front of and
adjacent to the said premises, subject to the right of other owners of
property on said Map to pass over anduse the same. Together with the right to
the use of the North Oakwood Road, to pass over anduse the same as a means of
access to said premises. Together with the right to pass over and use the
South Oakwood Road. Together with a right to pass over and to use a strip ofland
along the shore beyond lots Nos. one to four (1 to 4) both inclusive, Map of
Laurel Park, for the purpose of boating, bathing and outdoor sports and for
ingress to and egress from the waters of Peconic Bay.
Subject, however, to the covenants and restrictions affecting other
similar lots on said Map.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the paty of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total
of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first
