WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
DISTRICT lying and beingoitrie- at Mattituck in the Town of Southold, County of
1000 Sufffolk, State of New York, known and designated as and by plot
SECTION
No 91 on a certain map entitled, "Amended Map of Mattituck Park
Properties , Inc. , Mattituck, New York" . Said map being made. by
143 , 00 Daniel R. Young, C.E. and L.S. from actual survey completed July
BLOCK 11, 1924 and filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on
02. 00 the 12th day of January, 1926 as and by map No. 601 (Abstract No. 36
LOT TOGETHER, with all the right , title and interest of the party of

the center line thereof.
TOGETHER, with the right to use for recreational purpose a plot

subject, however , to such reasonable rules and regulations with

��• shall not be held responsible for injuries or accidents that
occur in connection with the use and enjoyment of said Sigsbee

SUBJECT to any covenants and restrictions of record, if any, still
binding on said premises.
THE GRANTORS, parties of the first part, hereby retain a right to
exclusively occupy and remain on the premises for as long as they
so desire.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated September 22 1955 and recorded
in the office of the County Clerk of %,d olk Cou on the
September 30 , 1965 in deed Liber 84 at Page 318.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
