BEGINNING at a point along the westerly boundary of land owned by
C. Harvey Moore which is 100.00 feet north 50 degrees 59 minutes
east,' of a monument located on the southerly side of Peconic Bay
Boulevard which is again 50. 38 feet south, 50 degrees 03 minutes
50 seconds east, of the extreme southerly end of the curve
connecting the northerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard with the
westerly side of Wendy Drive;

royalties, mineral , oil and gas rights and profits, water, water
rights, and water stock, insurance and condemnation proceeds, and
all fixtures now or hereafter attached to Parcel II , Plots 1 and
2, all of which, including replacements and additions thereto,
will be deemed to be and remain a part of the Property; and
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest in Parcel II , Plots 1
and 2, if any, acquired by the mortgagors, whether before or
after the execution and delivery of the 111984 Mortgage"
