THIS INDENTURE made this ay of April 1993 between

Road, Post Office Box 2398, Southampton, New York 11968, duly
appointed in the action hereinafter mentioned, grantor, and

Properties, Inc. ; thence along last mentioned land north 20 degrees 39
minutes 10 seconds west 150 feet; thence along land of Oscar Marks on
a line at right angles to said westerly line of Marlene Lane, north 69
degrees 20 minutes 50 seconds east'145 feet to said westerly line of
Marlene Lane; thence along said westerly line of Marlene Lane, south 20
