Deed description for Johnson to Benolich
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot Nos. 113, 114, 115, 116 and the
westerly part of Lot Nos. I 11 and 112 on a certain map entitled: "Map of Eugene
Heights" which was duly filed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on October 29,
1928 as Map No. 856, which said lots and parts of lots when taken together are more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Harbor Lane distant 235.00 feet southerly
as measured, along the easterly side of Harbor Lane from the comer formed by the
intersection of the southerly side of Pierce Drive and the easterly side of Harbor Lane;
RUNN1NG THENCE North 82 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds East, 125 feet to the
division line of Lot No. 74 as shown on the above mentioned map;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line and along the division line of Lot Nos.
75,76, 77, and 78, South 07 degrees 58 minutes 50 seconds East, 100.00 feet;
THENCE South 82 degrees 01 minutes 10 seconds West, 20.00 feet;
THENCE South 07 degrees 58 minutes 50 seconds East, 50.00 feet to the division line of
