of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North side of Westphalia Road which point is
distant 355.55 feet more or less Easterly of the intersection of the Northerly side
line of Westphalia Road (49.5 feet wide), with the Easterly line of Meday Avenue
(50 feet wide), said point is the Southeast corner of land now or formerly of
Peterson and the Southeast corner of a 15 foot right of way as established in
minor subdivision plan for John M. Divello & Frances C. Divello prepared by
Young & Young Land Surveyors dated March 03, 1980 and updated Dec 23,
