WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Hamlet of Laurel, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the Northwesterly side of the Main Road at the Southwesterly corner of
land now or formerly of Sophie T. Saunders, said point of beginning being distant about 670 feet
Southwesterly, measured along the Northwesterly line of Main Road, from its intersection with the
Westerly line of Aldrich Lane; and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE South 20 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West along the Northwesterly line of the
Main Road 67.64 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Edward J. and Sophie D. Scholts;
THENCE North 51 degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds West along said last mentioned land 186.71 feet to a
monument; f
THENCE North 30 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East along land now or formerly of M. and M. Scholts
95 feet to a monument; and
THENCE South 42 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds East along land now or formerly of Sophie T.
Saunders 181.40 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated April 19, 1969 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on April 25,1969 in Liber
6540 of Deeds at p. 230.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
