forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the

compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration

Matt tuck Creek;

seconds east 17.60 feet to land now or formerty of Lahmann;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Mary Ann Lahmann the following two (2) courses and distances:
