BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Marlene Lane, 503.36 feet southerly
along said westerly line from the southerly line of the Main Road (Route 25);
and running along said westerly line of Marlene Lane, S. 20 degrees 39 minute's
10 seconds E. 75.0 feet; thence along land now or formerly of Abitz on a line
at right angles to said westerly line of Marlene Lane, S. 69 degrees 20 minutes

of way is described as follows: Beginning at a point on thesoutherly line of
Peconic Bay Boulevard, 200.20 feet westerly along said line from the northeasterl_
corner of land of Haggerty Estate; and running alon said land of Haggerty Estate
ona line parallel to the easterly line of said land of Haggerty Estate and
200.0 feet westerly therefrom, South 20 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds East 500
feet, more or less, to the ordinary high watermark of Great Peconic Bay; the
westerly line of said 10 foot right of way; is parallel to and 1040 feet westerly
