SCHEDULE "A"
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at East Marion in the
Town of Southold,'Suffolk County, NY bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Aquaview
Avenue at the intersection of said southerly line with
the easterly line of a private road known as "Circle
Drive", said point being the northwesterly corner of the
premises hereinafter described; and running along said
southerly line of Aquaview Avenue South 69 degrees 10'
10" East 105.0 feet to land now or formerly of
L'Hommedieu;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of L'Hommedieu
South 12 degrees 23' 00" West 150.0 feet to land of Cyril
J. Brown;
THENCE along said land of Cyril J. Brown on a line
parallel to said southerly line of Aquaview Avenue North
