party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTEN ($10.00) dollars, lawful money of
the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release tmto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, being at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known as and by Lot Number 30 on a Subdivision Map entitled "Map of
Grandview Estates at Orient" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on June 8, 1982 as Map
Number 7083, said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Grand View Drive where same is intersected by the division
line between Lots 29 and 30 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE northerly along the easterly side of Grand View Drive along the arc of a curve
bearing to the right having a radius of 521.61 feet, a distgnce of 170.00 feet to land shown as park and
playground on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, North 87 degrees 26 minutes 10 seconds East, 240.23 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 07 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East, 145.00 feet to the division line
between Lots 30 and 29 first above mentioned;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line, South 82 degrees 10 minutes 40 seconds West, 266.67 feet
to the easterly side of Grand View Drive at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE same premises conveyed to the party of the first partby deed dated
May 31, 2000 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 18, 2000 in Liber 12056
at page 608.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.

above written.
