WITNESSETH,that the party of the fust part,in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second part,does
hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party
of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and
beinginthe Town of SOuthold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of North Sea Drive distant 2,275
feet eastwardly from the corner formed by the intersection of said northerly side of
North Sea Drive with the easterly side of Kenney's Road; running thence North 50
degrees, 36 minutes, 00 seconds West 202 feet, more or less, to the mean highwater
line of Long Island Sound; running thence eastwardly along said mean highwater
line of Long Island Sound 110 feet; thence South 55 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds
East 204 feet, more or less, to the northerly side of North Sea Drive; running
thence South 39 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West along said northerly side of
North Sea Drive 125.89 feet to the point or place of beginning.
For further identification, the above—described parcel is designated as
Plot Numbered Twenty—three (23) by a certain survey of Wm. L. Miller, Licensed
Surveyor, Wading River, New York, and guaranteed to the Inter-County Title Guaranty
and Mortgage Company, July 21, 1947.

recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 22, 1949.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein
by Deed dated November 14, 1949, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on November 22, 1949 in Liber 3019 page 0361
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,hereby covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
