Harry Lister to Henrietta Mormile and Marion Mormile by deed dated July 11, 1952 , recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3380 of deeds at page 66, which said monument is also situate, 361 . 00 feet, from a •point formed by the intersection of the southeasterly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard, with the Easterly line of land heretofore conveyed by W. Harry Lister to Joseph M. Connelly and Lauretta A. Connell, his wife, measured from said point of intersection on a course of South 156 471 50" East; running thence from said point of beginning, along land now or formerly of George P. TOGETHER with and as an appurtenance to the premises hereinabove described a right of way for ingress and egress to and from Peconic Bay Boulevard, 15 feet in width to be used in common by the parties hereto and others, the southerly side of which said right of way is in part the northerly line of the right of way described in the paragraph last above and westerly line of which said 15 feet right of way is the westerly line of property conveyed by Emily H. Terrell Talmage to W. Harry Lister by deed dated November 29, 1951 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 3298 of Deeds at page 65 on December 7, 1951 .
