KRAEBEL AND JOANNE KRAEBEL TO JOANNE KRAEBEL ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the , buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as lot numbers 97 and 98 on a / certain map entitled, "Subdivision Map Section One of Property of / George I. Tuthill and others" filed in the Office of the Clerk of ✓✓✓ the County of Suffolk on the 15th day of January, 1929 as Map No. 861. TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a right- of-way leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which said privilege is contained and recited in deed to George I. Tuthill, et al. from Frank Bray, et al. , dated April 12 , 1928 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's .Office in Liber 1368 of deeds, page 24 . BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated July 7, 1988 and recorded at the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 12, 1988 in Liber 10643 of conveyances at Page 90. This conveyance is subject to and assuming a bond and mortgage as set forth in a Building Loan Mortgage between Thomas J. Kraebel and Joanne Kraebel and North Fork Bank, formerly Southold Savings Bank, dated October 19, 1988 in the principal sum of $115, 000. 00 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 9, 1988 in volume 14635 and page 090 through 099 and which was extended by a Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement between North Fork Bank, formerly Southold Savings Bank and Thomas J. Kraebel and Joanne Kraebel, dated September 22, 1989 in the principal sum of $115, 000. 00 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 2 , 1989 in volume 15458 page 302 through 308 and which was extended by a Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement between North Fork Bank, formerly Southold Savings Bank, and Thomas J.
