TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part of,in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the puty of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever,except at aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the
f,rst part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
New York, known and designated as Lot No. 29 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
West Creek Estates, Property of Ernest E. and Harold W. Wilsberg, situate at
Southold, Suffolk County, New York" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl from surveys
completed January 28, 1963 and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 19,
1963, as Map No. 3848 and being more fully described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Glenn Road distant 345 feet easterly to
Grissom Lane, said point also being where the division line between lot 29 and 30

RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning North 1 degree 50 minutes east,
