WITNESSETH, that the party of the first' art, in consideration UT ten dollars and o le ion paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs ofguccessors
and assigns of the parry of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being at Laurel, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, known and designated at Lot
Number 6 and the Southerly 25 feet of Lot Number 7 as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Property of Dan J.
Stack, Laurel, Long Island, New York, survey completed July 2, 1926, Daniel R. Young, P.E. & L.S.", and filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 30, 1926, as Map No. 815, which said lot and part of said lot,
when taken together, are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the Westerly line of a right of way distant 253.25 feet Northerly from the intersection
of the Westerly line of said right of way with the Northerly line of Peconic Bay Boulevard, said point of beginning being
division line between lots 5 and 6 on said map; from said point of beginning:
RUNNING THENCE South 40 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds West along said division line 144.05 feet to a monument
set in the Easterly line of land formerly of Gertrude L. Galkins, later of D.J. Stack, Jr.;
SS THENCE North 28 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds West along said last mentioned land 75 feet to a monument;
THENCE North 40 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds East 146.77 feet to a monument set in the Westerly line of the right
of way; and
THENCE South 26 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds East along the Westerly line of said right of way, 75.98 feet to a
point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon a strip of land fifteen(15)feet wide running along
the Easterly boundary of the above described premises Southerly to Peconic Bay Boulevard.
Dist. TOGETHER with the use of a right of way to the grantees and their assigns, in common with others lawfully using the
1000 same, as a mean of ingress and egress from Peconic Bay Boulevard to Peconic Bay over a strip of land bounded and

Lot Liber 1184 of Deeds and Page 576 on May 19, 1926, which point is also the northwesterly corner of land formerly of
022.000 A.L. Downs and from said point of beginning running South 27 degrees 2 minutes East (through a monument and stake
set to the north of Peconic Bay) along land formerly of A.L. Downs to Peconic Bay; thence Westerly along said bay 10
feet to land now or formerly of Angelica S. Stack; thence Northerly and parallel with the first course along land now
or formerly of the said Angelica S. Stack to Peconic Bay Boulevard aforesaid; and thence Easterly along said Peconic
Bay Boulevard to the point or place of BEGINNING.
