Mr. Bonsal and i discussed this matter today and I have agreed to build a small berm on the western property line between our two 1~roperties under the existing hedge row and replant a hedge row on top of that berm. The berm would be placed as shown in the attached revised plan. Further, I have authorized Mr. Bonsal's attorney, Pat Moore, to present this agreement on both Mr. Bonsal's and my behalf.
