All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situated, lying and
being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lots numbered 17 and 18
on a certain map entitled "Subdivision of Property owned by Nathan
Goldin situate at Southold, Suffolk Co. , NY. ," and filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on November 22, 1932 as Map No. 1106,
said premises being more particularly bounded and described as
follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly line of Goldin Lane (which
point is the Southeasterly corner of the premises herein described
and which point is North 21 degrees 57 minutes 10 seconds West, a
