THIS INDENTURE, made September 23 , 1996, between JOHN F.
GUNTHER, having an address at P.O. Box 25,x*Laurel, NY 11948
("Grantor") , and DARYL L. WOODS and his wife CHERYL A. WOODS,
having an address at 5 Tamarack Lane, East Quogue, NY 11942 (col-
le6tively referred to as "Grantees") .
WITNESSETH, that Grantor, inconsideration of Ten Dollars
and% other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and release unto
Grantees, as tenants by the entirety, and their heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, ly-
ing and being in the Village of Laurel, the County of
Suffolk, and the State of New York, being more particu-
larly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a
part hereof,
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of
Grantor in and to any streets and roads abutting said
premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of Grantor in and to said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto , as
tenants by the entirety, and their heirs, executors, administra-
tors, successors and assigns forever.
Grantor is the owner of said premises. Said premises is
not located in an agricultural district.
Grantor covenants that Grantor has not done or suffered
anything whereby said premises have been encumbered in any way
whatever, except as set forth herein.
Grantor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,
covenants that he will receive the consideration for this convey-
ance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost

Property Description
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New
York, being known and designated as lot no. 2 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of land of Richard J. Cron at Laurel" filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 9/30/85 as map no.
7975, said lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Aldrich Lane said
point being distant 2364 . 80 feet northerly from the corner formed
by the intersection of the northerly side of Main Road or
Franklinville Road and the westerly side of Aldrich Lane;
THENCE from said point of beginning along the division line between
lot 2 and 3 on aforementioned map, south 70 degrees 11 minutes 20
seconds west, 577 . 15 feet to lands now or formerly of Scholtz;
THENCE along said lands the following two courses and distances: 1)
north 18 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds west, 72 . 30 feet; 2) north
16 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds west, 102 .93 feet to the division
line between lots 1 and 2 ;
THENCE• along said division line north 70 degrees 11 minutes 20
