paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the sewnd part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Suffolk county Clerks Office as Map No. 21; from said point of beginning-running
along the Northwesterly line of a right of way as shown on said Map, North
26 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds West, 160.0 feet;
THENCE along the Southeasterly line of a 20 foot right of way as shown on said map,
North 47 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds East 73.0 feet to an iron pipe;

AND the party of the first part, In compliance with Section 13 of line Lien Law, covenants that the party of

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for tine Purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
