125 feet northerly along said line from the northwesterly end of the are

erly line of Wells Road; thence along; said westerly line of Wells Road,
South 10 41 ' 10" East, 73.46 feet to the northeasterly corner of land
formerly of said Horace Case, and now or formerly of Brooklyn Diocesan
Camps; thence along said land formerly of Horace Case , and now or former-
ly of Brooklyn Diocesan Camps, South 690 13' 10" West, 161.33 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the privilege in common with others to use a right of way
leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which .said privi-
lege is contained and recited in deed to George I. Tuthill et al from
Frank Bray et al dated April 17, 1928 and recorded August 13, 1928 in
the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 1368 of deed at page 24.
