WITNESSETH that the parties of the first part, individually, as sole Distributees of the
Estate of Ann Paulisen and Henry Paulisen, by virtue of the power and authority given to them by
the Trust of Ann Paulisen and Henry Paulisen, and in consideration of One Million One Hundred
Twenty-five Thousand ($1,125,000.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other
good and valuable consideration, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, their heirs~and assigns forever,

"parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires. This Deed is subject to the trust
provisions of Section 13 of the Lien Law.

BEGINNING at the southwesterly comer of a private road, "Maple Lane" the following two (2)
courses and distances as measured along the westerly line and southerly line of Maple Lane from
the comer formed by the intersection of the southerly of Osprey Nest Road and the westerly line
of Maple Lane;
