grantors herein from CHOW INDUSTRIES, INC., by deed dated
11/11/86 and recorded 12/30/86 in liber of deeds 10205
page 169 in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk,
DELIVERY OF THIS DEED being contingent upon assumption by
the grantee herein of the mortgage on said premises dated
12/21/90 and recorded 1/8/91 in liber of mortgages 16520
page 210 the assignment of same recorded the same day in
liber of mortgages 16520 page 220,
TOGETHER with all right, title and iuterest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abntting the
above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
party of tile first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants tllat the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The wm'd "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requirus.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Greenport, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Main Street said point being distant 46.27 feet southeasterly
and 65.00 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southwesterly side of Main Street
with the southerly side of Middle Road, formerly known as North Road, said point also being where the
southeasterly corner of land of Henkel intersects the westerly side of Main Street;
Running thence South 26 degrees 31 minutes 50 seconds East 100.00 feet to land of Calla;
