ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Sixth Street where the same is intersected by the northerly line
of land of Levine, said point also being distant northerly 159.5 feet as measured along same from the
intersection of the northerly side of Main Road (SR 25) with the easterly side of Sixth Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Sixth Street, North 14 degrees 46 minutes 40 second East,
138.18 feet to land now or formerly of Theodore Fiedler;
RUNNING THENCE along last mentioned land and land now or formerly of Richter, South 76 degrees 14
minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 128.55 feet to land now or formerly of Kogelshatz;
