We would like to recommend a refund of the filing fees under
Appeals No. 3408 and 3409 in the Applications of Charles Seaman.
as requested by his letter received August 21st.
Mr. Seaman filed the applications on September 24, 1985, and
several days later the business moratorium went into effect.
He was notified when the moratorium expired, and indicates that
he no longer wishes to pursue this mat~er for other reasons.
Attached is his original request for refunds.
