and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 19, 1996 in Liber 11758

abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and
also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also the
estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually,
or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein 9rat, ted unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same

New York, beginning at a concrete monument set at the intersection of the westerly line of
Bailey Avenue with the southerly line of North Road, being the northeasterly comer of the
premises herein described; running thence along said line of Bailey Avenue South 33 degrees 27
minutes East 125.80 feet to land o['Katz and Orens; thence along said land South 74 degrees 19
