RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Quinn, North 82 degrees 30 minutes
00 seconds West, 317.09 feet to a monument at the easterly side of Northfield
Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Northfield Lane, North 7 degrees 30
minutes East, 25 feet to the Northerly line of North Parish Drive, to the
point or place of BEGINNING.

Being a portion of the premises conveyed to the Grantor and her husband, Robert E. McGuire
herein by deed from Gordon J. Bares, Inc., organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws
of the State of New York, dated March 7, 1979 and recorded on March 14, 1979 in the County of
Suffolk in Liber 8596, Page 197. The said Robert E. McGuire died on April 9, 1994, leaving the
Grantor as the sole owner of the Premises as the surviving tenant by the entirety.
