Together with the appurtences and all the estate and rights of the Grantor in and to
the unit.
Together with, and subject to, all the rights, obligations, easements, restrictions and
other provisions set forth in the Declaration and By-Laws, all of which shall constitute
covenants running with the land and sb~ll bind any person h~ving at any t/me any
interest or estate in the Unit, as though recited and stipulated at leng~ herein.
