Clerk's Office OH June 14, 1966 as Map No. 4650, which said lot is more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Dawn Drive, 200.00 feet southeasterly as
measured from the comer formed by the intersection of the southeasterly side of Wiggins Lane and the
southwesterly side of Dawn Drive;
RUNNING THENCE South 25 degrees 20 minutes East along the southwesterly side of Dawn Drive,
100.00 feet;
THENCE South 76 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds West 171.15 feet;
THENCE North 2l degrees 04 minutes West 90.0 feet;
THENCE North 73 degrees 44 minutes East 162.68 feet to the southwesterly side of Dawn Drive the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated
august 24, 1979 and recorded in the Office of tkte Suffolk County Clerk's on August 29, 1979 in
Liber 8684 page 579.
TOGETItER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting th~ above
