Location: 69685 NYS Route 25, Greenport Description: This site plan is to upgrade and maintain a wireless facility with equipment area on an existing utility pole. The antennas are located mounted on the exterior of the pole at a height of 84' and located on an 8.3-acre site in the LB Zoning District. Status: New Application Project name: Fischer, Daniel & Nancy SCTM#: 1000-15-8-1.1 Location: 38785 NYS Rt. 25, Orient Description: This is a proposed 2 lot standard subdivision of a 1.67 acre parcel where Lot 1 = 36,333 sq. ft & Lot 2 = 36,332 sq. ft. in the R-40 Zoning District. Status: Cond. Preliminary Approval Project name: Ioannou, Constantine SCTM#: 1000-23-1-14.7 Location: on the north side of State Road 25, 4,848 feet e/o Kayleigh's Court, in East Marion Description: This proposed standard subdivision is for 3 lots on 6.81 acres where Lot 1 = 92,332 sq. ft., Lot 2 = 124,679 sq. ft., inclusive of the 25' wide right- of-way, and Lot 3 = 80,000 sq. ft. ~!~!U~; ~di!i~! ~E~li~i~EY ~PPE~! Parcel A will increase in size from 377,613 sq. ft. (8.6 acres) to 389,191 sq. ft. (8.9 acres). Parcel B will decrease in size from 164,878 Action: Review draft deeds. Comments to Town Board on a change of zone application for Schriever at tax map number 45-7-5.3,820 Front Street, Greenport The zone change proposed is from Residential-40 to Residential Office (RO). The parcel adjacent to west is B, and to the east is R-40, along with the Greenport High School property to the north.
