is reguested for the reason that VIe 1Ilish to sell separately the dwellings located
on the property described in this application. The property ~s described
as having frontage of 99 ft. on nrivate road - Trumans path, depth of
120 ft. on south bounded by right of way, on west by Milligan 9~ ft, on

REASON FOR APPEAL
Continued
1. STRICT APPLICATION OF THE ORDINANCE would produce UNDUE HARDSHIP because
The dwellings were built many years before the zoning ordinance was
adopted on a lot in common ownership, we wish to sell them.as individual
homes at this time. It is impossible to enlarge the'lots in any way.

2. The hardship created is UNIQUE and is not shored by 011 properties alike in the immediate
vicinity of this property and in this use district because A division of t he lots as shown on
the map of this area would leave sidelines meeting the requirements for
dwellings on lots of this dimension. Lots surrounding the one in ques-
tion are in single and separate ownership.
,3. The Variance would oDserve the spirit of the Ord'inonce ond WOULD NOT CHANGE THE
CHARACTER OF THE DISTRICT because Because these dwellings have been built
on th~ location for many years, and would be sold as is. There is no
contemplated change in the buildings at this time.
Further information will be supplied to the Board if needed.
Favorable action is requested by April 16th, as title is to be
closed on the 17th of April.

105 feet west, thence 42 feet southwesterly bounded by land of.
Milligan, thence 20 feet southerly bounded by land of K;Kreib,
