Van Tuyl, and Son, licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, dated July 1, 1963 and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 29, 1963 as Map No.
3853, said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Blue Marlin Drive (Private Road), where the
dividing line between Lot 8 and Lot 9, as shown on aforementioned map, intersects same;
RUNNING THENCE South 13 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds East, 242.80 feet;
THENCE South 74 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds West, 100.02 feet;
THENCE North 13 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West, 243.20 feet to the southerly side of
Blue Marlin Drive (Private Road);
THENCE along the southerly side of Blue Marlin Drive (Private Road), North 74 degrees 15
minutes 20 seconds East, 100.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Grace E. Lundberg, formerly known as Grace Bennett, dated July 16, 1992, and
recorded July 24, 1992, in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 11507, Page
489.
