ALL that certain plot, piece or pamel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being east of the Village
of Greenport. in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New
York. bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the westerly line of Inlet Lane,
said monument being 350.0 feet southerly along said westerly line of Inlet
Lane from a concrete monument set at the intersection of said westerly line
of Inlet Lane with the southerly line of Manhanset Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE westerly at an angle of ninety (90) degrees with said
westedy line of Inlet Lane and parallel with said southerly line of Manhanset
Avenue one hundred (100) feet to a concrete monument;
THENCE southerly at an angle of ninety (90) degrees with said last
mentioned line and parallel with said westerly line of Inlet Lane one hundred
twenty-five (125) to a point;
THENCE easterly at an angle of ninety (90) degrees with said one hundred
twenty.five (125) foot line and parallel with the southerly line of Manhanset
