All that certain, plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York being known and designated as Lot 48 on Amended Map of Moores Land, also
known as Pheasant Run Estates Condominiums I, II and III, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June
13, 1996 as Map No. 252A.
Together with an undivided 5% interest of the Common Elements.
