paid by the par~y of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Westerly, as measured along the same, from the corner formed by the intersection of
the Westerly side of Queen Street, as widened, with the Southerly side of North Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the center line of a 30 foot Right of Way, South 17 degrees
49 minutes 50 seconds East 300 feet;
THENCE South 61 degrees 31 minutes 10 seconds West, 197.57 feet to the Easterly
side of land now or formerly of Fenno;
THENCE along said land, North 28 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds West 257.07 feet
to the Southerly side of North Road;
THENCE along the Southerly side of North Road, the following 2 courses and
distances:
1. North 53 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East 134.90 feet;
2. North 52 degrees 37 minutes 20 seconds East 120.92 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first
part by deed dated 9/12/85 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on
10/15/85 in Liber 9893 at Page 555.
TOGETflER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streots and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER wi,th the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to s~id premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of tbe second part forever.
AND the party of tile first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 1.3 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
